11 yo Andalusian mare, no papers. 15.2hh. Will be honest as possible with all questions. The good: Sound, beautiful mover, super intelligent. Kind. She's never ONCE pinned her ears. Loads great, lunges, trained to ride, leads, etc. Not a picky eater at all, not mareish in the slightest. She gets along very well with other horses. The bad: She's only been under saddle for maybe 2 years and inconsistently, so she's green. NOT a beginner or kids horse. She's incredibly sensitive. I feel she needs to grow in confidence in herself. She needs to find a home where she can relax and someone can further train her. She's willing, just very unsure of herself. Other info: She's had at least 2 babies in the past but I will not sell her as a broadmare. She can be ridden and stands quietly for saddling and even ground ties. She looovess being brushed. She's flinchy with the farrier but that's about it, doesn't bolt or even pull. She tends to chomp on the bit. I've tried her in multiple and she did it with all. I believe she has an overly large tounge and a shallow pallet so bits are uncomfortable for her. She may need a specific one or bitless. She's up to date on vaccines and wormer and had her teeth done in April. She's never bucked, kicked, bit, etc and is so willing and tries so hard. She wants to please, just needs someone who can teach her better than i can.
