Full lease off property or Half lease on property

Cleo has been in professional training all this year and she is ready to find her own person. She has a big personality and enjoys having fun. She can do it all and loves to learn. She prefers to do more than one job. Cleo can do western pleasure riding, ranch riding, contest (not very fast though lol), western dressage, trail ride, and English dressage.
