4-year-old TITLED Mustang mare stands 14 hands and has a gorgeous dun coat with a long, thick black mane. She is from the Antelope Hill HMA, is green-broke. She is up-to-date on shots, deworming and teeth.
She has been exposed to cows, has some experience trail riding in the mountains, crossing rivers, and has even led other horses. Additionally, she has been desensitized to elk hide and pack saddles without any issues, and she’s also hobble-trained. She doesn’t mind the casual bath.
She can walk, trot, and lope (the lope still needs work). She’s currently learning to bend, flex, and move her hind and front quarters, side pass, and back up. She participated in an in-hand trail course with many obstacles, such as pool noodles, water boxes, tarps, bridges, and much more; she stayed calm through the obstacles, although she needed a little extra time to think things through. ✨Overall:✨
This mare is a project horse, but she’s made a lot of progress and shows great potential for someone willing to continue her training. She will become a solid, reliable partner with more time and miles. Also, keep in mind she is an alpha mare; she does great with most other horses.
