Sheappeared aka Copper is a 15.3h 14 yr old TB mare looking for a new home. Loads, hauls, ties, clips, bathes and does all the basic horsey things with ease. This mare means a lot to me and I only want the best for her. A companion home with pasture, friends, and people to love on her would be ideal.

She’s been out of work 4+ months. I’ve lead kids around on her and hopped on bareback in the pasture a few times but that’s all. I used to jump and trail ride frequently but after a while she didn’t seem to enjoy it anymore. I think she has some pain in her hocks and back, I had chiro and bodywork done on her and they said it was likely.

She does have a breeding contract with Cappa Irish Charmer, I didn’t end up breeding her but there’s another year on the contract if anyone’s interested in that. He’s a very nice Irish Draught stud.

She’s just been hanging around but unfortunately I can’t afford to keep two horses anymore. She’s utd on shots, wormer, and trims but her teeth haven’t been done since last spring. She’s very respectful on the ground and doesn’t test fences. I would prefer to haul her myself so I can check out her new home.

Comes with really nice winter blanket, lightweight blanket, halter and lead, fly sheet and mask, and a week or so of grain.
