Val is stepping down to a slower life from competing and is seeking someone who would like to lesson or lease and take advantage of the knowledge he has to offer. His ideal rider is an adult amateur who is an intermediate rider seeking to learn the ropes of dressage and ride the lower levels. Valentino is turning 20 this year and has age appropriate arthritis, so his ideal rider is someone seeking to enjoy his company knowing that he may need a slower warmup some days. He schools in both a snaffle and a double bridle and has his own custom saddle. Val is pretty darn safe, but will offer the occasional spook but is easily brought back to attention. He is a big horse and a bit in your pocket on the ground, but never naughty, so a confident handler is ideal. Options are flexible but seeking someone to lease.
