Buddy is an amazing individual. He is smart, kind and willing. He has beautiful conformation with a powerful hip, pretty head, strong back, long neck and underline. His legs are perfect and he has lots of bone and good sized feet to hold him up. As with all his 7 full siblings, he has a trot to die for. Between Molly’s next level trot with hang time galore, and Skys Blue Boy’s “exotic trot”, this guy can cover some ground and will ride as smooth as silk while doing it. He can throw that shoulder like nobody’s business. He also has a beautiful, smooth lope and some quick to him. He is brave and bold and will work cattle. I expect him to be fast.
Buddy will truly do ANYTHING and with his amazing profile, he’ll turn some heads. I believe him to be an absolutely stellar versatility ranch horse prospect with the strength, bone, confidence and the physical attributes, especially that trot, that will put him at the head of the class. If I had to choose an individual to partner up with, work all day and be sound and ready to go the next, it would be Buddy.
His genetics are proven as his full brothers and sisters, as well as numerous paternal half siblings are all over the country and Canada, getting it done.
Most of Buddy’s siblings are well over 16 hands and while I could be wrong, I expect him to be a bit shorter, probably 15.3. He is 6 panel negative by parentage.
