Sonora is a super sweet mare. She likes to have a job but doesn’t do well with a lot of pressure ( which is why I’m not turning her into a performance horse). She is Phenomenal on the trails alone or in a group. She is not at all herd bound. She has gone riding in the mountains and was great with navigating the terrain.

I have had her for about two years. Prior to getting her she was on a ranch for a short period of time. She got scared of ropes in the process, other than that she is not spooky. She has about 3 solid months of riding on her; she is still in a snaffle. She will continue training until she sells. She needs someone to be her person and take time with her.

I really enjoy working this mare, she’s easy and fun. She has a slow trot that is to die for!
