SETZAL is the own grandson by one of the most outstanding Friesian stallions of all time; "Feitse PREFERENT". It’s hard to find looks and temperament this good! Words and pictures do him no justice. SETZAL is gentle, sweet, calm and intelligent. SETZAL is big, black and as beautiful as they come. He is friendly and his temperament is amazing. SETZAL was broke at 3 years old by the great Buckeye Stables. He's spent the last ten years being drove to a cart & trail rode. He will catch you in the pasture (first one to the gate everytime)- standing 16 hands. He’s easy to shoe/clips and bathes with ease. He does not require shoes, we just preference them because we have rocky terrain. Stands to be saddled. Rides English and Western. He's safe and versatile for any level rider and even rides double. Crosses anything you put him up against-logs, water-even walks up on the teeter totter. If you want a gorgeous gentle giant that works & rides here he is! He loves his people and aims to please. Very smooth to ride.
He's 110% sound - Passed a PPE (9/30) with flying colors. The vet was impressed! He is also up to date on vaccines and coggins. Will also offer his harness for sale.
