Beautiful 14yr old, 15.2hh bay tobiano paint mare. Charlie is the ultimate safe trail mount. If you are looking to enjoy those leisurely rides while sipping your drink, chatting with your friends and enjoying the scenery, this is the mare for you. She’s not really suitable for endurance, this is the “cruising comfort” model ride, not a speedy gal.
Smooth mover, nice easy gaits, way more whoa than go but will politely give you whatever speed you ask for. She happily packs beginners but also has just enough buttons for a more experienced rider to enjoy. Would also make a great kids horse or lesson horse. She shines brightest as a dependable and steady trail mount but if you want to play in the arena, she’s nicely broke for that well.
Selling only because my daughter needs a performance / barrel horse for HS rodeo and that is not Charlie’s calling. Unfortunately we don’t have room for multiple horses, so she’s being offered to the next lucky family/person to be their unicorn.
Charlie is almost perfect, but she does require some maintenance to stay in top riding shape. We just did a full vet exam at Western Performance Equine, complete with radiographs, so all of her pre-purchase work is already done.
