Barry is a 3 year old gelding, he is half Fell Pony, 1/4 Gypsy, 1/4 haflinger. He stands right around 13 hh and gets fat on air. Barry has a nice level personality, loves people. He is green broke, we've started him under saddle and he's been ground driven and hooked to a cart. We will continue to ride him until he finds his new person. His only bad habit, he can have the belief that the grass it greener on the other side of the fence. As such he will rub his mane off snatching the grass from the other side if he's not on pasture or you have electric fence to deter him. He also had to have one tooth pulled because we were told that the cementum in his teeth never hardened. Per our vet its not a big deal, does not affect his ability to hold a bit and he will just need to have regular dental care to keep any other teeth from being lost. Due to the issue with the one tooth he does have a small bump on his nose but nothing that affects him in anyway. He stands well for the farrier, has seen the dentist a couple times. This little guy will make a wonderful riding or driving companion and after a lot of riding, possibly even a nice kids pony.
