Zorro is a 2022 draft cross gelding offered for your consideration in Pendleton, Kentucky. He sticks approximately 14.3-15h and is expected to mature to 16h+ (all his siblings were at least 16h). Not only does Zorro have the absolutely lovely disposition that everybody enjoys in a draft cross, he has some seriously stunning movement! He may be the one of the best moving half drafts I’ve seen - I’ve had multiple dressage trainers compliment his gorgeous, floaty gaits!

Zorro is a Shire/Morgan cross and can be registered with the Shire association as a cross. Due to his age and how much he’s growing, he has not yet been started under saddle. He has a great foundation on the ground and has exposure to all types of obstacles and scary things. He has the best “can do” attitude with everything you throw at him and is so willing and happy to do whatever you ask. He has been through creeks, ponied off other horses, worked cattle, and has seen all kinds of desensitizing tools. He loads, hauls, and ties very well and settles in quickly to new environments. He is up to date on everything and has no soundness/health concerns. No vices and a pleasure to have in the barn in every way!

Zorro is a promising prospect for eventing, fox hunting, and dressage. He will be the type that turns heads everywhere he goes! I have no doubt he will be easy and simple to get started under saddle. I love this horse so much and would happily make someone a deal on my training rates to get him started under saddle in the spring or fall. I’d so appreciate having him back in my program!
