This stunning boy is a 14.2-3hh, Welsh/TB x, 10yo, gelding. This boy is a blast to have in the barn. He’s the first one to greet you, he’s an avid treat lover, and he’s a total sweetheart. On the crossties, Carl will stand all day long to be groomed, tacked up, and loved on. He has such a big heart and needs his own person!
Under saddle Carl will go Western or English. He neck reins and direct reins, knows how to frame up, and is all around a fancy little guy. He would have fun being a gaming pony, or even eventing. He is forward thinking, athletic, and very responsive. He has had a good deal of education under his belt, and was even a lesson pony for some of the more advanced riding kids. He is soft and supple on the flat, however he does pick up and get stronger when he’s jumping. Because Carl does have a motor, he’s best suited for a good riding kid who’s used to an engine, or an adult that likes to have fun and can take a joke. He is adjustable and will do lovely slower gaits and move off of leg when asked properly. He is very responsive and you never have to ask him twice.
Carl has been on hunter paces, ridden into town, trail riding, and XC schooling. He’s always game for an adventure with his ears perked up and a happy attitude. He has no bad habits such as buck rear bite or kick. Carl has a super ‘in your pocket’ personality that everyone wants! He even dressed up for Halloween this year. ? This little guy is so special and deserves a great home.
Carl is UTD on shots, deworming, farrier, coggins, and dentist. Located in Gap, PA.
