This is one handy mare! Splash is looking for her next adventure. She would be perfect for a high school or college rodeo prospect in barrels and team roping on the head or heel side. She is consistent in the 3D barrels patterns, and with some more consistent practice could place in the 2D. On the head side she will get you to the steer and set you up for a quick fast shot for those fast to mid times. Handles the steer well, and sets up your heeler for a clean two feet loop. She was started and has done mostly heeling, she’ll give you a good consistent shot at two feet.
With how much power Splash has out of the box, she would excel in the breakaway with a little time and work. Splash is a go getter, fireball. She gets the job done, and is excited to work no matter the job. From roping, running barrels, packing in the hills, or trail riding. We recently packed a deer off the mountain, she didn’t balk or snort at the smell of a dead animal. After her warm up, she tends to get a little hot due to wanting to work. With Splash’s personality, and work ethic, she needs a confident intermediate-experienced rider. Someone who is willing to work with her and not let the fireball side of Splash get in the way of fun!
