Lady is the ideal gaited horse, smooth, with a good head on her shoulders, a rocking chair canter, a registered Foxtrotter, and a horse for ANYONE that can sit on a horse… BROKE BROKE!! I don’t say that lightly on most horses, but this horse has had a ton of great training and riding on her. She is not spooky in the least, patient and sound, and takes to anything you ask of her very quickly. I only sell what I raise and train. However, I was asked by a customer who bought a gelding from me if I would help him sell Lady, and knowing that he has owned her for the past 13 years and the fact she’s truly a great horse, I told him that would be no problem. After having her for a month, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by her previous training and just the horse she is. If someone would like to talk to her previous owner and me, I’d happily get you his number. If I raised Foxtrotters (I raise Rockies), she’s definitely a mare I’d keep for kids and novice riders to play around on, and I’d use her great mind in my breeding program.
