Broke 4 yr old buckskin, leopard POA.
His sire produced the 2022 POAC Congress Jr Reining Champion, and 2022 POAC International Futurity Champion.
Skittles is broke to ride, but still pretty green. He is started in all reining maneuvers including the lead change. He has been show a couple of times at open shows and did well.
He measured 55 1/2 inches last spring, but given his age may get too tall to show with the POAs. He should be eligible to hardship register with the ApHC. He has been ridden and trained by adults. We had to remove his left eye last winter due to an injury.
He is ready for an intermediate rider. He just requires someone with quiet legs, who can be conscientious about his left side. He has been bumped by other horses on that side and it didn't really bother him at all.
He is friendly and easy to catch anywhere. Overall he is a really neat and quiet horse.
