Junior has been ridden consistently over the past three years on trails around Washington and Arizona and in the arena taking weekly dressage lessons. He has attended several clinics. He is good with other horses, machinery, bikes, dogs, etc. He is super fun to ride with a very go forward attitude. Handles obstacles with ease. Jumps in the trailer, good with farrier, stands to mount. I have done liberty work and a lot of ground work with him. He can be ridden at any speed so will slow down with the slowest horse or gait down the trail. Completely sound and never been injured or sick. Unfortunately he’s developed a polyp in his throat that makes him cough when asked to flex at the pole so he’s unable to do dressage. He can however ride on a loose rein with no cough on the trails, is comfortable with ground work and with lunging. I have been working with two vets and have tried treatment over the past two months with no success . I am looking for a home where he would be used as a trail horse, therapy horse or companion horse. I am open to any offers. He is friendly and easy to handle.
