For your consideration Lahrs 3 year old belgian gelding We purchased Lahrs back in August to get him out of a bad situation. Our plan was to put some weight on him and teach him to drive, and that is exactly what we did. Now we are searching for a show home(preferably) for him. He is around 18.1/2 but we will measure to confirm as he just went through a growth spurt. Lahrs is an exceptionally easy Belgian to live with and he also will turn out with anything, even ponies and foals and a mini donkey. This guy won his halter class at KILE earlier this month which would have been his first ever show. Lahrs just showed at the Ontario Triple Crown Draft Classic where he competed in his first ever driving class and was a rockstar with having only about 10 drives on in his whole life. We have been taking his training easy, as we are working on getting him in shape and we are not pushing him. We will continue to drive and train him. He has not been ridden under saddle, but he would make a nice riding horse as well. Lahrs came from registered stock, however they didn't register him because he was a gelding and they didn’t care about it. We are trying to get him registered! Lahrs has been hooked single, team and 4 up. He is easy to harness and will take the bit as soon as he sees it. Picks up all four feet, ties, cross ties, loads, clips, bathes, etc. Currently wears a 9.5L scotchbottom shoe(NO GLUE), but will be in a size 10 comfortably next cycle. Is in a 6 1/2in snaffle bit in the top ring. Lahrs is up to date on Vaccines, Teeth, Farrier, Coggins, dewroming, and Canada paperwork. Lahrs is currently heading to live at our friends facility in Pennsylvania to further his driving training, but he does have his paperwork for Canada and we can bring him back to Canada this or next month. https://youtu.be/7vLuW2Tev2U?feature=shared
