This is Drogon. Drogon deserves someone that can help him live his best life and fullest potential. He has a wonderful pedigree of big boned old world gypsy horses, his tests are negative, his registration is GVHS. He is so gentle! He lives with a mini donkey and spends his days leaping and frolicking around our acreage, but we have a limited size farm. This boy needs room to run! He loves to run and jump and you can just feel he is meant for more. I think he would make an amazing jumper or an assortment of things. He is fast and light on his massive feathered feet! He will follow you around like a puppy! He is gentle and sweet and easy to work with. He is halter broke, leads, stands, loads, and is just stunning. I do not know how to groom him adequately. I do not know how to take on what is coming next with his training. When I got him I lived with a horse expert on a massive farm, but circumstances changed and he is stuck with me (a novice owner) who loves him dearly, but can't give him what he needs to achieve the greatness I know he is meant for. There is something really special about him. He is absolutely brilliant. It is scary how smart and intuitive he is. I fully believe (as did my horse friend) that he could be a $100k horse in all sorts of capacities, but sadly I don't know how to get him there and this farm is not big enough for him. We are looking for a 5 star home for him. Tons of land and preferably gypsy experience and we need to move him as quickly as possible. We have an old run down fencing system here that is wire only, but not electric. It is like goat fencing and he can hop out of it anytime he wants and he does! He just won't as long as there is plenty of hay, but our hay guy also retired and getting delivery out here is not the easiest. I would consider less money for him for the perfect home and a possible co-ownership or at least information on him. My request is simply that he goes somewhere that wants to give him a forever home and not just trade him off or a trainer that will make sure once he has what he needs he goes to the perfect home. We have honored the 6 year rule and have NEVER put weight on his back, but he is so gentle that I honestly think if I were to go out there and jump on right now he wouldn't flinch at all. He is a sweetheart, but there is also a lot of drive and fire in there and I think we are holding him back.
