Gwenn has a ton of pretty, lots of style and is an absolutely gorgeous mover that will get you noticed every time in the pen. Gwenn’s show career is just beginning! Gwenn is 3 years old and has been shown a few times, and is getting used towards the top of the class. She has even earned 1/2 a point in the rail. She has been shown a couple of times in the ranch riding as well. Gwen is being started in the trail obstacles. She is super smart and willing and catches onto everything very quickly.
This young mares potential hasn’t even begun to be tapped! We brought her along slow and correct starting her this spring and she has grown leaps and bounds in just one summer. Gwenn will be a great youth or novice partner under guidance.
Gwen truly has a long and successful career ahead of her. She is by VS Goodride, who has proven himself in the western pleasure and western riding. He’s an NSBA reserve world champion in the western riding, Congress and world champion, as well as world champion sire. Gwenn also comes from a very strong line of point and all around producing mares. She is the first foal and point earner of her dam Plentygoodmargaritas whose dam (Ima Dun Doc)was a point earner and multiple point/all around producer.
Gwenn is still growing and is currently just shy of 14.3. She is sound, with no vices. She is a sweet mare on the ground, does all the extras with ease, bathes clips, hauls, etc. Settles in to new places fast. This young mare really has the potential to be a great one in the ranch classes!
