Concho is a STUNNING Bay Roan quarter horse gelding. If you are looking for that safe, been there, done that, and can handle most any level of rider, Concho is for you! Concho has seen lots of country from the west to the east coast.He was mostly used as a dude ranch horse in the west, where he took care of his many riders. Ride him on the ranch, in the arena, or down the trail. He is great out on the trail, carefully placing his feet to take care of his rider in any situation. He is that around good broke family type horse that everyone is looking for. This handsome gelding is 12 years old and stands 15.2 hand and built to carry most any size rider.. He has lots of experience on trails and is 100% dependable that makes him a perfect trail horse. Crossing creeks, logs, down slippery banks, through the mud, around traffic or other horses, He’s perfectly capable and does all with ease. Calm attitude, and a kind temperament. Concho is a nice mover, with a comfortable walk, trot, and lope. He has a one hand neck rein and side passes to open gates. He has no problem riding out alone or with a big group of horses and gets along well with other horses. He stays gentle and broke with ample amount of time off and has never offered any foolishness. He is not bothered by passing traffic, four wheelers, pets, flappy tarps or heavy equipment. His quiet temperament makes him the perfect partner for just about anyone. He is happy to take a leisurely ride on a peaceful trail or head out for something more adventurous through the backwoods or rough country. He has a fun personality and a can-do attitude. Concho loves to work and he will never quit you! He is uncomplicated to ride on the trails. He is very gentle and calm. Great stall and pasture manners.
