This is a very hard ad to write, as I had hoped to keep this horse as my own competitive mount. However, finances force his sale.

Az is an extremely talented, extremely athletic and absolutely stunning young Arabian. He was bought as a young stallion, to be my next Eventer and he has not disappointed. As I decided we wouldn’t be breeding, he was gelded. Given that he had been an exceptionally well behaved and focused young stallion, with no issues trailering with mares, or showing, he is now absolute perfection as a gelding.

He started jumping in April of this year and took to it like a natural! He has a very scopey jump, is brave and willing and has a fabulous gallop, covering ground as easy as the larger horses. Multiple clinicians have been impressed with his jump form and true natural ability. He has competed at BN level eventing all year, as well as the .75m Jumpers, even finishing Reserve Champion and winning the Jumper Stakes at his last CHJA show. He has lovely movement and typically scores well in Dressage. This horse could continue moving up the levels in Eventing, OR head into the Jumpers right away and be very successful!

In addition to extensive show and clinic miles this year, Az has trail ridden and been ridden by a young rider. He is safe, willing and kind, is always ready to work and has no bad behaviors. Even his occasional excitement as a young stallion was easy to handle. Though, we do not compete in Endurance, I have no doubt he’d be an amazing prospect for that, as well. His experience as an Eventer has given him miles out in the country, and he is confident through terrain and water crossings, while also exhibiting true Arabian stamina and soundness. He is a true once in a lifetime horse, and will definitely be someone’s dream partner!

Az is sound (has had zero issues while being in heavy work), good for the vet and farrier, up to date on vaccines and teeth, and ready to be your next superstar!
