Kitty is a 10yr old grade buckskin mare standing just over 14.3HH. This gorgeous girl is sweet and personable. The best thing about her is she is SAFE. Kitty has no spook, buck or silly business. She can sit for months, or be rode everyday, she will always be the same. Kitty is a superb trail horse, has lots of stamina for long rides, crosses anything in her path without hesitation, and is calm and steady. Kitty has been hauled all over the coast in all different environments from crowded beaches, scary redwood forests, and miles of country hillsides. She is familiar and not afraid of anything! Even in the arena she rides one handed easily, knows her leads, is very light in all her ques and easy to ride. She has a nice one handed turn around, soft reverse and easy going stop. Kitty is an excellent candidate for trail classes, versatility classes or just a good family horse! She goes over all the trail obstacles with ease and we have carried flags, tarps, and balls on her without an issue. Kitty has also been around farm animals like cows, goats and lots of dogs. She’s easy to catch, load and bathe. Farriers have no problem giving her a quick trim and she will let you clip her nose, face, ears and legs without a problem. Kitty has great experience out on the trail and in the arena, she will absolutely boost someone’s confidence and make them happy!
