Finer Points Farm in Mount Airy MD proudly offers “What Happens In Paris” (aka “Lexi”) for full or half-lease at FPF. Dubbed around the barn as “the Pocket Rocket”, Lexi is pure fun!! She has NO mare-ish tendencies, is relatively simple to ride, and is super-easy to get along with. This one-in-a-million mare is incredibly sweet, loves to be ridden and lives to jump. She’s incredibly brave, big-hearted, very very quiet and SAFE, SAFE SAFE.

Successfully shown in the 1.10m Child/Adults at Lexington, Swan Lake and Culpeper, Lexi is currently limited to the .80m or less. Always game to please and brave as could be, she can teach and take care of a novice rider, and she’s ready to win in any company with a more seasoned jockey. She’s proven to be virtually unbeatable at any height, with a unique ability to make seemingly impossible turns with ease and jump at angles that her competition can’t even consider.

A self-proclaimed princess, Lexi wants (and deserves) her “own person” to dote on her at FPF, both on the ground and under saddle. She is truly an incredibly special, unique and kind mare who simply doesnt know the meaning of "No". At 15.1h, she’s the ideal candidate for a small rider (160 lbs max) or a child coming off a pony.

Words can’t describe how awesome Lexi is, so you need to come see and ride her to appreciate how and why she’s uniquely safe and capable and incredibly fun to ride.

Full lease: $6,000-$10,000 per year.
Half-lease: $3,000 - $6,000. Price will depend on the particulars of the job for which she's leased.
Short term or "trial" leases may be an option to the right candidate.
