Royal Crown Layne Absolute (Barn Name Bella) Bella is out of a Percheron mare by the well regarded Registered and imported Dales pony sire, Rosebarr Gambler. She was originally bred to be a driving pony but grew a couple of inches too tall for the team. She is exceptionally personable, easy and sweet. She is well broke to ride, having been ridden primarily English but started in western. As such she will move off your leg and neck rein, but she is not so sensitive that a less experienced rider would struggle with ques. She has been with our family for 7 years, during which time she has been 50% pet and 50% under saddle. She has had a great deal of professional training, however, her canter transition needs polish. She was ridden primarily by my very petite granddaughter and was rarely asked to canter for sometime. As such, she has never been ridden hard or over used. She will work in the arena but much prefers the trail riding. She will go out alone for the confident rider but like most horses, prefers the company of another horse. She is happy to lead or follow and walks with purpose. She will go pretty much where you point her and she will enter and or cross water. Advanced beginner safe in the arena and intermediate on the trail, she is a lovely horse that is is the easiest to catch, tie, fly spray, bath, tack and load. She is sensible and not the spooky type. She will hop right in to any trailer, anytime! She is also very photogenic for the person who needs a Beautiful "White" horse for photography or Unicorn Shoots. She has the patience for this kind of work and will always give your forward ears if you hold up a cookie! This girl has had one foal and is presumed breeding sound. Her offspring are eligible for registry in the Dales Pony Society Registry as a part bred Dales. Offspring will also be eligible for registry with the American Draft Pony association.
