Pops is an energetic unicorn of a pony. He has been a Pony Club horse for our family for the past 7 years. He is experienced at everything- trail rides, currently jumping 3’, dressage including flying lead changes, x-country, shows, clinics, and so much more!
He is a champ at everything he needs to do for the ferrier, vet, loading, unloading, traveling, etc.
He gets along well with all horses and is usually low in the pecking order of the herd.
He is on medication for melanoma- it keeps it at bay- it is around $40/month it is located at the intersection between jawline and neck.
He would be best for a confident rider who needs a step- up horse from a smaller pony because he loves his job and is a forward mover. He does respond well to a kimberwick bit for smaller riders.
Up to date on all vaccinations, clean coggins, and health records are all on file. He is barefoot and sound. He was just tested for cushings and it was negative (due to his age). He has been in great health for the past 7 years- references from ferrier, vet, and several trainers is available. Both my girls have outgrown him and he needs a new job.
