Sunna is an 12 year old very friendly and brave mare. She is four gaited with balanced gaits and tons of trail experience. She has been ridden on the beach, into the waves and ridden in the mountains. She is very responsive to the aids and likes to move out when asked therefore we think she would do best with someone who has good control of their aids and likes a more forward going horse. Sunna has had three beautiful colorful foals and although she is chestnut she carries the silver gene so can throw gorgeous colors. Sunna has also been shown successfully in competition and would be happy to help someone learn to compete. She won many ribbons at the NWGHA shows and also took first place in the 3 gait class of the USIHC Spring Virutal Show with a young rider. She would also excel in dressage as she works nicely in the arena. She is a wonderful all around horse for someone who enjoys a more forward partner. Sunna has been shown successfully this fall by one of our 13 year old students. Sunna is not currently pregnant but can be sold with a breeding to one of our stallions should you want a foal from her! She is an amazing mother and just a really sweet, easy going mare.
