Rooster is an amazing AQHA gelding. He is 15 years old, healthy, sound, and loves to have a job. Trail riding, ranch riding, and limited arena work. He has the brain and willingness to do even more (ranch riding shows, western pleasure, etc.). Lovely trot and lope. He has a good sized engine so is best suited for an intermediate to experienced rider (or advanced beginner with a trainer).
He is an in-your-pocket-type horse and loves to be around his person. I am open to a feed lease or sale to a fantastic home. No vices, buck or bite. Stands great for farrier, trailers well, and overall enjoys being loved on.
Rooster has been my horse for the past 5 years. He is ONLY being sold due to my schedule and not having the time to ride (and my kids are growing up and no longer ride). He doesn't want to be a pasture ornament nor confined to a stall all day. He is truly a treasure!
