Takota is the whole package.... Absolutely stunning, rare buckskin pinto with long, thick flowing mane and tail. Straight legs, plenty of bone, great hard feet, and no blemishes or scars of any kind. He has been trail ridden in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. He is happy to go out alone, or in a group. He hops right in the trailer and is ready for the next adventure. He's sound and oh so smooth!! He's got the classic Peruvian Paso llano, with just a little bit of termino. No need to try and find his gait, it's automatic! He crosses water, tarps, bridges, and has no trouble with traffic or dogs. Up to date on all vaccines, Coggins, teeth float, farrier, worming. Don't let his young age fool you, he is extremely well-trained! Started at 3, and has been in professional training since (he's now 4.5). He neck reins, side passes, collects, carries a flag, stands perfectly still to be mounted and dismounted, and his gaits are awesome! He has a quiet demeanor, and has been in my lesson program for the past 8 months. I would recommend an intermediate rider because of his age, but I've had many beginners on him that absolutely love him. He has an incredibly sweet, puppy dog personality. First to greet you, loves to be kissed and snuggled. His ground manners are impeccable, leads and circles respectfully, stands quietly tied for farrier, grooming, baths, clipping. He has been very well loved, and looking for his forever partner.
