Desert's Glorious Light "Glory" 2015 spotted saddle donkey jennet Registered NASMDA Easy to catch (even when she’s not the one you’re trying to catch!) , she stalls or stays in the field, ties and cross ties. Good for vet, farrier, clipper, and dentist. UTD on everything. Stands for grooming, baths, tacking up, blanketing, etc. Loads right up without any drama. Stands to mount. Solid W/T, needs to be more in shape for regular loping. Goes over logs/poles, bridges, etc. Does great on obstacles and at trail classes. Good at patterns. Can do showmanship in hand. Great at shows. Multiple award winner, she beats out horses at shows every time! Beautiful jogger, smooth as butter! No health issues and no maintenance needed at all. She is barefoot. She had surgery on her septum in the past, which now she sounds a little funny (think a quiet Darth Vader 😂), but her breathing is just fine. Supposedly she is unable to be bred due to the angle of her cervix, but our vet has not confirmed this. She is not being sold as breeding sound. Anyone that sees her falls in love. Not only is she drop dead beautiful, she is just as sweet personality wise. She puts up with smaller donkeys that boss her, and has been pastured with horses and donkeys both. She is fine with mules, too. Glory is not dominant, even though she could be with her size. She’s just too easy going. Glory would be happiest in a home with other donkeys. Preference will be given to homes with other donkeys and donkey experience. So why is this gem for sale??? Glory is my daughter’s, and she wants to get back to showing AQHA. In order to have the funds for a show horse, she sadly must part with Glory. $7500, located in Georgetown, KY.
