Dusty Doc Apples - “Doc” - is a 2013, 15.1hh AQHA ranch bred gelding. He is a super handsome red roan who came to us from the University of Findlay western riding program. He is a beautiful mover, a champion in youth showmanship events, and generally a high end all-around prospect. You can put him on cows and show him in the working equitation and ranch shows. He is a husband-safe horse who loves to go out on the trail. He is an absolute sweetheart who is always eager to learn and ready to please. Point and go type of horse. Trail boss. Rides English, western, and bareback. Has all the buttons a horse should.
Doc has been successfully used in a versatile and robust youth lesson program, and is a barn favorite. He is very easy-going with a calm temperament. He willingly loads, bathes, cross-ties, straight ties, respects fences, middle of the herd, amazing ground manners, great for vet, farrier, and chiropractor. Super soft gaits and smooth transitions. He really is an amazing horse!
Doc has no soundness issues. PPE welcome at buyer's expense.
