See her Tulsa Craigslist ad for pics and pedigree. https://tulsa.craigslist.org/grd/d/porum-excellent-bred-mare-in-foal/7804262008.html Esther is a Wonderful mare all the way around! Beautiful, built and sane! Born on my farm from my own horses, “Zips Lil Gun Shot,” a 2016 model, is registered APHA. She is about 14.1 hh and Wide! She’s built very well. She has COLONELS LIL GUN & GUNNER (COLONELS SMOKING GUN) ON HER PAPERS! She has the older wonderful horses back on her registry also- Zips Chocolate Chip, Two Eyed Jack…. Her breeding is fabulous. She is broke well, and at one time was a really good rope horse! She could head or heel in arenas or pasture. She did Not need a tie down and wore a snaffle! She has been used as a trail horse the past few years- she would need a roping tune-up. She rides trails wonderful- She rides in an arena wonderful! She had a starter foundation in reining - which would need a tuneup also. But she easily picks back up- we’ve just not used her much other than my granddaughter rode her for a summer, and we took her to some trails. She is 5 months bred to Two Eyed Cowhand, from Pitzer Ranch Two Eyed Redbuck. Champion roper. This foal will be athletic! It could have color also as Cowhand is Dun. I’ve never sold a bred mare before but she does have a stallions breeding certificate. We’ll make sure it’s done right. She is utd on vaccines and her teeth were floated this year. Esther trots nice, lopes pretty, goes over all trail obstacles (needs to sidepass to the gait better), and I showed her this past summer- see pics. She did great for not having been ridden much at all this summer! She’s a fun horse- gentle and safe. I ride her in a jr cowhorse, dogbone bit- nothing harder than that. She does Not like her mouth to be over handled as she knows what to do. For that reason I don’t let kids or novices ride her. She rides in a loose rein. She is easy for the farrier, baths, loads and stays fat on air. No vices or health issues. She has good feet but if you ride outside the soft arena she needs shoes. She would be excellent for an experienced youth, woman or small man. As much as I like her, I hate she’s going to waste. She still has so many good years to offer someone needing a horse that can actually do something. No tire kickers- only serious enquirers. Would lower price a little for a show family. She would make more excellent babies for you too! Pics of her this summer and today- the bald face horse is her sire, and the dun and foundation papers are who she’s bred to. He’s 15.2hh. Porum area OK. 918- 3 five 1- nine 2 seven 2 call or text.
