Burning Runner "Runner" has a large star and connected stripe, extending to right low on bridge of nose, covering right nostril, becoming bordered flesh colored between nostrils, ending on upper lip, white on lower lip. Left fore: ankle white, lower in front. Left hind: white to above ankle. Right hind: white on coronet in front; dark spot on coronet in front. Right fore: pastern and part of ankle white, lower on outside, higher in back. Cowlick high at crest of neck on both sides. Runner won 3 races.
