A gorgeous Kentucky bred thoroughbred turned eventing horse is up for sale. This handsome grey gelding stands just of 16.1 h with black main and beige to black ombre tail. While mostly white now he has rosy ruboffs on both sides of his head and slight flea bitten pattern in his winter coat. He is a handsome horse and nice jumper. He has been out on cross country a number times and has proven brave going through water, jumping over half coffins, haciendas, and steps; as well as oxers and swedes. He is an honest horse and so long as the rider is confident in their part he will do anything he is asked. He has been schooled on jumps up to 2' 9" and has proven that scope is not an issue for him. He has done great when he is put into a consistent training program. He is a cute jumper, and would be a solid contender in the hunter arena. His movement would also make a solid dressage or Equitation horse. He is an easy keeper so supplements can be kept to a minimum. Per his vet he needs only HA and joint supplements when he's regularly training. He does great with pony rides for little kids, and even 15 yo girls have ridden him. He has close dorsal spinous, but they are not kissing. X-rays are available to serious querries through your trainer. Vet has noted long and low should be a regular part of his training to keep is back and core strong, and ground or cavaletti work to help stifle. He does not have any limitations. Currently with full set of shoes and trims every 5 weeks. Would be best with serious amateur in a training program where he will have consistent exercise and training. Pleasure horse if he is ridden regularly. He has a good mind, with an occasional opinion, but is willing to work and learn and create a bond with his human partner. He is technically Off-the-track, but he never raced and is not tattooed. He is registered and I have his registration paper in hand.
