DD Giovanni was born 05/08/24 and is sired by the red dun import stallion Gio and out of our homebred mare DD Jorina by Siljar.

Gio was awarded with two medallions from Fjord Horse International for the best stallions in show. He has competed up to 3rd level at recognized dressage shows (both in USA and Netherlands) and has been very competitive in eventing. He qualified for the AEC for the last couple years in the Jr. Novice division, winning multiple HT and being an amazing stallion for his 16yo rider. He is currently competing with a 15yo rider at Jr. Beg Novice level. Gio is standing 14.3hh.

For DD Jorina, Giovanni is her first foal and just an excellent blend between the parents. Jorina is extremely personable, calm and easy. Her mother is an exceptional mover and Jorina certainly has the talent in her, but is simply very chill. Jorina is very independent and confident and just besides her young age a solid trail mount. DD Giovanni has a lot of his mom's extremely personable disposition. He is super confident, brave and calm. Conformationally, he is also showing multiple traits coming from Jorina's sire Siljar including a very upset neck. Giovanni is likely to mature around 14.0hh (possibly taller as a gelding) and is a darker brown dun.
He can go any direction as he has the right mind to be an amazing partner for the show ring, but also chill enough for therapy work and family favorite. We would make an exceptional stud prospect as well.
