BARST VENOMOUS RONA aka Big Ron is a 2013 black AQHA gelding. Ron stands just over 15.3HH and is a tank! This big fella is a gentle giant and loves his people. Ron has been used in all different aspects of riding, from ranch work with sheep, and cattle, arena riding, English riding, and trails. He is a jack of all trades! Ron has a more whoa than go demeanor, with a laid back, go with the flow personality. Nothing riles this guy up and he is calm and sane in any situation. He has no spook, no buck, and is safe for anyone, with any level of experience. This guy never has any refusal, and has been one that has packed new riders all over town roads, steep trails, as well as, around the arena. He travels out in rough terrain, going anywhere you point him without hesitation. In the arena, he has very fluent smooth gaits and is very light in the bridle. He neck reins, moves off leg pressure, collects at the poll, and is just very easy to get along with. He is patient enough for riders with less experience, and handy enough for the experienced to enjoy. He has been patterned on the barrels and lopes a pretty pattern. Ron has been roped off out in the pasture and started on the sled in the arena. You can do all the daily ranch chores on top of this guy. You can open and close gates, sort cattle, rope calves that need doctored and have a great trail partner out riding fence lines! Ron doesn’t get fresh, and never has a bad attitude, he is always happy to get to work, or even happier to take a relaxing trail ride anywhere you choose.
