"Spud" is looking for his person in 2025! If you want to do a little bit of everything, including Eventing, Fox Hunting, Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, and then easy trail riding, he is the perfect potato for you!
He has the brain and speed for 1st flight, with experience in 2nd/3rd. Spud is big bodied and bold, and easy to mount from the ground. He is kind to the hounds and also is pygmy goat, sheep, and chicken proof. He has jumped 3'5" in a jump chute with little effort. He will hack out alone and in a group, crosses water, never refuses jumps, loads, ties, and bathes. Spud has excellent manners, stunning markings including one blue eye, and is currently barefoot. He is the perfect addition to any hunt as he allows fractious horses to crash into his personal space with zero excitement. This potato has the speed and scope to go mid level with some muscling, and would be perfect for a petite adult or competent teen looking for a brave & talented hony to move up the levels. He has plenty of speed, is responsive off your leg and seat, with an excellent whoa.
