Trace has shown and won up to 2'6" He has given all levels of lessons for three years. He is the 2023 Novice Jumper Year End Champion for BHSA and VHSA and he is the Puddle Jumper Champion for BHSA 2024. He loads, stands for the farrier and vet, rides on the trail or in the ring. He was started with a dressage base and is brave at fences, making him a GREAT eventing prospect. So why is he priced like this? Our houses burned to the ground last month and the insurance company is moving slowly. We need the money and he is the easiest horse to sell because he is a good, solid horse with no quirks. Would I rather keep him than some of my lesson horses? Sure. But many of them are older, or have idiosyncrasies that make them harder to sell. Unfortunately the only video we have of him that survived the fire is from 2022 when we started him. You can see that on our website, hiddencreekva.com under horses for sale. And NO, I can't send you any more photos or video because the indoor arena is cut off from water when the house burned down, so it is so dusty we can't use it until the new pressure tank gets in and the outdoor is half frozen. So, I don't have the time or the place to get more photos/video. If you are looking for a good horse priced WELL below market, set up a time to come and see him. He carries children and adults and would probably ride western although we have never tried him. He just has a great temperament and has been well trained and never had a bad experience. He raced only 6 times and never placed, so obviously speed isn't his thing and his has great gaits.
