Pros: walks on trail fast, easily halts, will go in front, middle, or rear of group, will trail ride alone, no jigging, never bucked, reared, or bolted, not barn sour or buddy sour, barking dogs, cars, trucks with trailers, bulldozers no problem, always volunteers to be caught, easy to tack and bridle, good for vet and farrier, lunges nicely, and free lunges too, ex harness racer but hasn't been harnessed to a cart in 4 years Cons: walks fast on trail (we have to wait for our QH friends), not great at cantering(he's a trotter), not a fan of having a shower or the trailer, he startles, low/high on front, better to have shod on all fours for rocky trails, no jumping experience, needs to have an experienced rider involved and guide him (no passengers). Definitely not a kids horse.
