Willow is a 6yo rescue mare.
Willow is very sweet and eager to please - she has a lot of personality and learns new skills quickly. She gets along well with other horses.
She has had one baby.
Willow has spent the last year in training and has a great foundation on a lot of the steps leading up to being broke to ride.
Willow ties, leads, and bathes. She can longe, round pen, do haunch turns and forehand turns, yield off body pressure, and side pass.
She is used to the saddle and a person being on top of her while standing and yielding her hind, but not much further than that.
Willow has experience ground driving with a snaffle, but needs more training with a bit. While she has a good foundation in this ground work, she still needs some more ground preparation before being ridden. Willow is best when worked consistently.
Willow would be a great project for a very experienced rider.
