5 year old South Steens Mustang Gelding. He’s a 15 hand Dun Pinto with a huge goofy funny personality, has been taught and loves to smile. He’s been under saddle for about 2 years and has been ridden consistently. Will W/T/C both directions. Stands quietly to be saddled and bridled. He will set up to you to be mounted. He’s had many months of professional training and has been on countless trail rides. He has been trained in western discipline, trained to collect and had a couple months of dressage training. I’ve taken him to the Eugene indoor trail course a few times and he did every obstacle. He’s been cow sorting and seemed to enjoy it. He just had his teeth checked and one wolf tooth removed. He is up to date on vaccines, worming and feet. He is amazing for the farrier, stands tied, loads easily and trailers quietly. He has excellent ground manners. He gets along great with other horses. He’s very playful but not mean in any way. He could literally go in any direction. On trail rides he can lead or follow. He rides out alone with no issues. He will cross anything and loves water. He has a super slow smooth jog and lope but can also move out nicely if asked. I have videos of both. I would say he needs a confident rider but has been ridden by many different levels of riders. He would benefit from someone that has the time to ride him multiple times a week. He is a more forward moving horse but is easily controllable. I will be very picky where he goes. I will only sell him if I think it’s a perfect fit. He means the world to me but I don’t have the time he needs and he deserves the best. He will continue to be ridden every week until he sells.
