Einstein was originally a main ring hunter on the Arabian circuit, but I eventually realized he wasn't happy as a show horse. While at a training/show barn, I learned that he doesn't enjoy being stalled 24/7 or doing only arena work. He's not arena sour, but he thrives when his routine includes pole work, trail obstacles, and patterns. Although his show career is over, he would still do well in 4H or fun shows—just not anything too serious. Over the summer, I spent time with him on trail rides and at the local racetrack, and he’s so much fun to hack around with. He needs a job that keeps his brain engaged. True to his name, Einstein is incredibly intelligent and has loads of personality. He would truly thrive with a person who can give him their full attention and love. He ties, trailers, and stands well, and he is 100% sound. While Einstein is completely safe and good with kids, he does require a confident rider to keep him in tune. He is very athletic, a striking mover, and has plenty of go when asked, though he’s also content to take things slow. He could potentially make an excellent endurance horse. If I weren’t heading to college next year or had a place at home for him, I would love to keep him forever, but he deserves a life full of exploration and a loving, dedicated home.
