Chickie is a 7yo mare, she is a Quarter Arab and the sweetest mare. We put a bosal on her in the beginning in case she had a sensitive mouth and man on man, whoever did her training was stupendous. We can tell she had lots of arena work done. She leg yields very well and only needs the slightest contact on the reins. She neck reins and we have found out you can even drop the reins and use her mane to guide her.
Her WTC are as comfortable as can be, her arab really shows when you get her ramped up to move with more energy, shes truly fun to ride. We have reached the point of her having a great connection with us in the 3 months she has been with us and she has shown us she is capable of so much more. Total smarty pants.
She has been ridden out on the trails and has been doing great. We continue taking her trail riding to give her more experience out on the trail.
She trailers great, ok with the farrier, grooms great, loves to be loved on.
