Ringo is one of my favorites. He is smart, surefooted and smooth. When your going down a hard trail he will pick the best footing and keep it smooth. And when going up a trail he can climb like a goat. He never trips. He would be great with someone who has difficult trails to maneuver. He has a wonderful fox trot and can do it slow or fast. He canter is also so fun to ride and he will do it slow or fast. His flat walk is a nice speed and he just walks out, you do not need to keep pushing him. He goes out on the trail forward and comes back slow, just like a good horse should. He knows all the basics in the arena, he direct reins or neck reins, opens gates, turn on the forehand and haunches, leg yield, sidepass, sidles up to mounting block, stands still to mount, very good whoa and backup. To get in the fox trot you just add a little leg and off he goes. He has lots of trail experience and rides alone or in groups well. Trailers alone or with other horses well. He is fun and sweet. Due to his age he is not a beginner horse, but could be an advanced beginner with a trainer. This is a wonderful sound, fun horse. Don't miss your chance, he is only going to get better with the right owner. Lots of videos on my website of all his adventures.
