Rita is a 2017, 17 hand, correctly developed Westphalian mare, by Ampere x Brentano II x DeNiro. She's a beautiful dark bay with a gorgeous coat. She loves to work, is willing and tries hard to please. She has shown through Third Level with scores in the upper 60's, is ready to show 4th Level and is schooling all the Prix St. Georges movements. All lateral exercises are easy and come naturally for her. She has a lovely active hind leg which will make the upper level collection easy for her. She has comfortable gaits to ride and an easy trot to sit. She has the mind and build to become an FEI star. She is a sensitive mare who is forward moving but not hot. She is relaxed hacking out on the trail solo or with a friend. She has extensive miles being ridden off property in and out of the arena... shows, clinics, lessons, trails, cross country! She has been to several shows and even has some miles in eventing. She is great on the cross country field, while stadium jumping is not her strong area. She has great ground manners, ties well, loads and hauls well, etc. No vices, good hooves, no injury history, no maintenance other than basic preventative supplements. Good xrays on file. She is best suited for an amateur or young rider who is in a full training program with a professional. She likes to work and likes her consistent routine.
