“Barlnk Double Deelite” aka Tayla
With heavy heart we are offering up our beautiful, triple registered PTHA/APHA/AQHA mare. Papers in hand. She’s built like a tank, a true “been there, done that” type of horse!
Last sticked at 15.2hh, 1300lbs, sorrel overo and comfortably in a half set of shoes.
Tayla has shown numerous times by all different levels and was a lesson horse for beginners and special needs students for years. She has extensive trail experience and overall knowledge/training. She is turning 20 this year, born in May of 2005.
She suffered a bowed tendon about two months ago and has been making a very promising recovery. She is pasture sound but will need more time and rehab if being used for riding in the future. There is an upcoming vet appointment to see how her progress is and where she’s at. She would technically not pass a PPE. Happy to go further into detail for serious inquiries.
Due to her age and tendon, we will only be selling her into a light work, trail home, or pasture puff situation. She’d make an amazing lesson or therapy horse for beginners who need an easygoing, slower horse to learn on. She would make a wonderful teacher / family horse and deserves to be loved and cherished!
