Imported 2011 Friesian Gelding, 16.1 Bosley is truly one of the kindest horses you will ever meet. With his exceptional temperament and striking movement, he’s an ideal partner for an amateur or junior rider looking to progress in their dressage journey. This year, Bosley has shown successfully at Training Level with an amateur rider, earning scores in the high 60s. He’s also schooling all the lateral work for Second Level at home, including leg yield, shoulder-in, and progressing with haunches-in. Though he is more "whoa" than "go," Bosley is a comfortable ride with a fantastic trot. His canter is coming along nicely and with a little help from the rider, will continue to improve. He thrives on consistent, focused training and has truly flourished since being brought into a full-time program. Bosley’s sweet nature and eagerness to learn make him an excellent prospect for anyone looking to build a partnership with a talented horse. He clips, stands for the vet and farrier, and loads and trailers easily, which makes him a joy to handle. Although I’m sadly parting ways with him due to life circumstances, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right rider to continue his development. With his kind heart and potential for further growth, Bosley would thrive with a Junior or AA rider in a full-time program, but he is nice enough for a professional on a budget.
