Spartan is 4 years old, draft mix, gelded friendliest horse. He loves attention, to the point where he wants to be in your space, but he's gotten much better about that. Very calm for the little amount of training he has had. I have owned him going on 2 years. He was gelded at 2 years old.. been to the trainer for 30 days.
Good: loves people, learns quick, wants a job, no health issues, no maintenance, great feet! Gets along with all my horses but can be pushy.
Con: doesn't like being stalled, doesn't like trailers but will load in a open trailer, doesn't like to stand still for ferrier ( he gets bored and wants to be done after the 3rd foot).
Has had about 30 rides on him. Can go in any directions. I think he would do great with barrels!
