Emma is a 20 year old registered black mare with forehead star, with the lush mane and tail typical of Icelandic horses. She has been ridden on our farm trails and is very goey and fast. She is obedient to commands, and is a NATURAL TOLTER which is her preferred gait, and is very smooth in the tolt (this is a smooth 4 beat gait unique to Icelandic horses). She is likely 4 gaited. Emma is in good health. These small horses often live to age 30+ and are rideable even to this age. She comes from Unicorn Valley Icelandics in KY. Emma stands tied quietly for grooming and foot care, loads easily. She will make an excellent trail horse for the experienced rider due to her quickness and speed.
