Update 3/21/25: Since starting vitamin e, he has been more consistently ridden, and is showing behavioral improvement. He has been able to w/t/c a couple times without issue.

Started on the track, but never raced due to track injury that healed correctly and has caused no further issues.

NOT FOR BEGINNERS OR FIRST TIME THOROUGHBRED OWNERS. Has been restarted since the track, and has some experience with jumping, liberty work, trail riding, and general arena work. Selling due to him and I not getting along great- he needs someone with strong boundaries, and who is willing to work with him through his young horse antics.

PROS: Nice smooth gaits
Wants to please most of the time
Has potential to be a really nice horse with the right person
Likes to have a job

CONS: Known vitamin E deficiency that is currently being addressed
Can be pushy on the ground, and tries to get his way if he thinks he can
Has kicked when surprised from behind
Has reared when ridden- unsure of the actual cause
Can be hard to load occasionally, but normally only takes 5 minutes of convincing (in a straight load trailer).

Has lived in his own area the majority of his life, but has been living with one mare for the past 4 months and he is dominant and tends to boss her around.

PPE is welcome at buyers expense- current hock X-rays available.

Has not been ridden consistently the past 8 months due to issues we’ve been exploring. The vitamin E deficiency was found in January, and his behavior has improved slightly since starting supplementation. Correct farrier work, chiropractic, saddle fitting, and massage have all been implemented to help him. More than happy to discuss issues, and answer questions you might have.
