Looking to rehome a horse who does not want to be a therapy horse. We purchased Lou Lou in August, at first she was a great for our program, but over time we have found she is not happy with our slow pace. Our amazing neighbor got out the hot heels and showed us she has prior heeling experience, she was excited and ready to get back to real work. She is an easy keeper, barefoot, but came to us with shoes. She will turn 18 in April, but is on no supplements and is completely sound. Would make a good step up horse, not for a total beginner as she does have a go button. No buck, bite, or rear. Past owner did mention she had barrel training as well. We had a different neighbor ride her and say she would make a great western dressage prospect or handy kids 4-H/gymkana mount. We have taken her out on the trail and she was completely safe with traffic, and keeps a steady pace. Up to date on vaccines, teeth, worming, etc. Videos available upon request.
